Oblique trainer with a twist!

How does it work?Stand on one of the foot platforms, hold on to the handle at the top of the machine, turn your body to the left and twist your waist. Then, turn your body to the other side, and twist your waist again. This machine helps strengthen the muscles in your core, and elevate your cardiovascular functions at the same time.
